The client on this project wanted the best possible results, and to achieve this every detail of the complete project was designed and specified to deliver.

The cinema underwent a full acoustical analysis and was modelled to deliver the best possible sound, while not losing too much of the space within the room.

Cinematechs ARS (Acoustic Room System) was used to take on this task, with a majority of the treatment being under 50mm deep it maximised room space while dealing with the rooms acoustical challenges.

Audio from CAT (California Audio Technologies) was selected for its high output and reference sonic qualities, coupled with ATI Power Amps to drive the speakers properly.

DT Screens 2 Way Masking system was used along with a Barco Loki Cinemascope projector to deliver stunning life sized imagery!

The rest of the property featured stunning lighting design, 72 Lutron smart blinds and curtains along with integrated security shutters which were hidden within the internal walls of the home.

A full Savant smart home automation system delivered 48 zones of audio and 9 zones of video, while KNX controlled the properties security, heating and AC systems.
