Working alongside one of the UK's leading high end residential property developers this spec build turned into a stunning home.

Our brief was to deliver a robust smart home automation system which would take care of all of the properties heating, lighting and security systems.

KNX was selected to take care of this element due to its ability to not require a sole computer operating software to run what we call the 'essential systems', which means that it is not possible to suffer a major system failure or outage.

A Crestron automation system was then placed within the project to deliver a simple and reliable interface for the KNX systems, while also combining the audio visual requirements for the property.

A custom interface was designed for our client which was unique to the property.

For the cinema James Loudspeakers were selected for their high sensitivity, which meant they required lower amplifier power to deliver the reference sound levels for this room. ATI Amp 180W per channel power amplifiers were used in conjunction with a Denon AV Processor to drive the 7.4.4 Dolby Atmos Cinema.

Projection was via Epson with their laser projector which delivered a great image for the price point.
