PROJECT INFORMATION
This room actually turned out better than even we expected!
THE STORY:
Originally we were contacted by the client to discuss another project.
They had plans to sell their home and move to another property.
All of that changed when the purchase fell through and they decided to make the most of what they had for the short term...
Concept Design:
Often in life compromises have to made in order to get close to what you want and this project is a testament to that!
After architects plans were created to accomodate our clients wish list we were left with a rather small room to accomodate the family and guests.
This did not deter the C&C team from creating a project with the "WOW" factor.
6 Seats - Really?
As the client had a young family, who all loved entertaining they really wanted to maximise seating capacity in this modest room.
With custom home cinema recliners for the back row of seats and a bespoke day bed at the front we managed to accomodate the request for 6 seats in this space.
The final result:
This room was tight for projector throw distance, and limited in space for speakers and subwoofers, however we still managed to achieve industry reference for motion picture and immersive audio formats.
