A Short Four Day Turnaround Tranformed TV Viewing Forever

PROJECT INFORMATION

Not everybody has space for a dedicated cinema space, our media wall systems solve that problem.

SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE

A media-wall install is a fast and effective way to upgrade your audio-visual experience at home.

With install times of typically 2 - 5 days depending on the system and requirement, you can transform a space with next to no disruption.

Whether a simple stereo system or a full immersive Dolby Atmos surround sound this is a great way to freshen up any tired TV Room.

The project:

This particular project featured a 2.1 system from AIA with 2250 watts of amplification, with a Sonos Amp proving 125w per channel for the small, sensitive, yet powerful AIA slim 6" speakers, and a dedicated 2000w power amp for the AIA 12" sub.

HDMI Audio was fed into the Amp from the TV which transformed the sound effects for both TV and Musical entertainment.

A floating wall was built and cloaked in MDF, acoustic treatment was applied beside our bevelled edge fabric track to create a sophisticated design.

FIREPLACE TOO:

A fireplace was included in the build to give a nice warming effect to the focal point of the room, while providing additional heat on those cold days.

Colour changing lighting was added to give the flexibiliuty to change the look and feel of the room to get the mood right.

This particular system used the Sky remote to operate the TV viewing and Audio. Music was using Airplay or the Sonos app, and the lighting had it's own control app too.

There was no need for a dedicated control system.

The Finished Room:

At C&C we believe all of our projects should deliver an experience and this project didn't fail to delight! With the speakers toed in slighty a nice 'stereo image' was created at the principle seating area.

The sub added that tight puchy bass note, and while it didn't give all the bells and whistles of a full cinema install for the price point it will provide hours of enjoyment for the family!.

This room came in at £20,000 at 4m width and 2m high, however we have other media-wall solutions starting from £12,000 upwards.
